APPLICATION FOR A TRAVEL DOCUMENT (TC)

1. L’etablissement d’un laissez-passer

• une demande timbrée à 16 yuans
• un certificat de perte délivré par les autorités compétentes Chinoises.
• un formulaire à remplir dument daté et signé par le requérant
• une pièce d’identité justifiant la nationalité camerounaise du requérant (copie du passeport ou carte nationale d’identité)

APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL DOCUMENT (TC)–

• A hand written application bearing a 12 RMB fiscal Stamp (fiscal Stamp available at the Embassy);-
• A lost certificate delivered by the competent police authority of the applicant’s country of residence;
• Identification documents justifying the current nationality of the applicant (photocopies of passport, Birth Certificate and National ID);
• 2 passport size pictures;
• Return postal address written on a white sheet of paper;
• 300 (five hundred) Yuan RMB.

All the above mentioned documents including the 312yuan (RMB) should be posted to the Embassy at the following address:
